Enquiries may cover formwork, reinforcement, concrete work, construction assembly, scaffolding, shoring or other construction activities. We review the competence required and available capacity before agreeing an assignment, whether it is for a short period or a longer part of the programme.

- Required competence and the number of workers or crew requirements, if relevant.
- Start & duration
- Expected start date, intended period and any stages or milestones the support needs to follow.

- Safety, training and certification requirements. Proposed scope, supervision and contractual or production responsibility.
Before work starts
Agree the work and who leads it.
Tasks & supervision
Define what the worker or crew will carry out, who directs the day-to-day work and how it is coordinated with other site activities.
Site requirements
Review the project’s induction, health and safety procedures and required training or qualifications for the proposed tasks before work starts.
Contractual scope
Agree materials, equipment, follow-up and communication channels. Responsibility for supervision and production is set out for each assignment, according to the agreed delivery arrangement.
